A senior data analytics engineer and AI platform developer with 10+ years across decision-support systems, data engineering, geospatial analytics, machine learning, and cloud-native applications. He has delivered scalable data and AI platforms across government, humanitarian, and private-sector settings — leading engineering on multi-country initiatives with international agencies, governments, and partners, spanning social media, telecom, satellite imagery, and government data. At NextOps he leads AI platform development, data engineering, and scalable technical delivery.
